FLORIDA – A local man has won his lawsuit claiming a woman isn’t posting enough on her OnlyFans. The lawsuit was filed earlier this year after the Florida man felt scammed after subscribing to a Woman’s OnlyFans account.
During the court case, the local man’s lawyer claimed that a subscription of $69 a month deserved frequent content to be posted. He also argued that with the lack of content, the man was emotionally impacted in a negative way.
After 18 hours in court, the judge ruled in favor of the Florida man. The woman was ordered to pay the man $2 million in emotional damages.
According to the statistics of the woman’s OnlyFans, she should be able to pay off the lawsuit in 2 months. With this court ruling, it should set a global standard for all the content creators on OnlyFans.
